To be admitted, non-EU candidates must obtain an Acceptance Letter for studies from the Romanian Ministry of Education. The registration process is entirely digital through the platform https://admitereonline.utcb.ro/login. Required documents include, but are not limited to, previous educational diplomas, birth certificate, residence document, and passport. Complete details are available on the admission platform.

UTCB provides housing for international students in university dormitories. Upon arrival in Romania:

  • During working hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30-15:30): Students must visit the Social Service to sign the Rental Agreement, pay the accommodation fee, and collect room keys from the dormitory administrator.
  • Outside working hours or during weekends: Keys can be collected from the duty officer. Contractual formalities and payment will be completed on the first working day following arrival.

The fee for processing the admission file is 75 EURO. This can be paid online via the admission platform or by direct bank transfer to UTCB's account, IBAN code: R076RNCB0073005630380005. The bank commission is not included in the processing fee and is the candidate's responsibility.

  • After receiving the Acceptance Letter, candidates must apply for a study visa at the nearest Romanian embassy or consulate. It is the candidate's responsibility to inquire about the necessary documents and ensure that all requirements for obtaining the visa are met.
