This page is addressed to candidates who wish to pursue Doctoral University Studies (SUD) within IOSUD – the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, for the 2026–2027 academic year. Admission is conducted through an annual competitive process for places allocated by the Ministry of Education (state-funded, in the form of doctoral grants) and for places approved by the University Senate (tuition-based), in accordance with the Admission Methodology.
