Until July 17 at 12:00 noon, appeals can be submitted at: secretariat@utcb.ro, and after the appeals have been resolved, the lists of eligible candidates will be published at
on July 18 at 8:00 pm.
Eligible candidate status means that all the data entered in the admission platform have been filled in correctly and the uploaded documents comply with the requirements set out in the Regulations for the organization of the admission competition for Master’s studies.
In other words, the eligible candidate has a valid application file and can be considered for admission.
Important: Eligible does not mean admitted!

Choose the grade average that you know gives you an advantage over other candidates!
The overall admission average is calculated as the weighted average of the overall average of the undergraduate studies (weighting 0.3), the average of the undergraduate exam (weighting 0.4) and the mark obtained in the oral exam (weighting 0.3). The average is calculated to two decimal places without rounding. For the field of Educational Sciences, the overall average of the undergraduate studies (weighting 0,4), the average of the undergraduate examination (weighting 0,4) and the mark obtained in the oral test (weighting 0,2)
Conform Regulamentului de organizare a concursului de admitere (ROCA) – studii universitare de masterat, interviul de admitere pentru programele din domeniul „Științe inginerești” se susține în fața comisiei de concurs.
Neprezentarea la interviu atrage automat respingerea dosarului, iar înscrierea va fi posibilă doar în sesiunea din toamnă, pe locurile rămase disponibile.
📌 Articolul 16 – Proba (interviul vocațional):
Interviul constă într-o discuție vocațională și urmărește:
(a) studiile și activitatea anterioară a candidatului;
(b) argumentarea alegerii programului de studii;
(c) planul personal de educație și pregătire profesională;
(d) planul de dezvoltare a carierei.
Comisia va evalua:
Criteriul C1: competențele tehnice dobândite anterior și relevanța lor pentru programul de master vizat;
Criteriul C2: motivația de studiu și legăturile dintre parcursul anterior și programul ales.
În cazul programului de studii universitare de Masterat de Traducere și Interpretare Specializată, din domeniul filologie vor fi susținute o probă orală și un interviu în fața comisiei de concurs compusă din minim doi membri. Proba orală constă din două părți:

Notarea probei orale se face de către fiecare membru al comisiei de concurs cu note de la 1 la 10. Nota la fiecare probă se calculează ca media aritmetică a notelor acordate de fiecare membru al comisiei de concurs.

According to the Regulation on the organization of the admission competition (ROCA) - Master's studies, the admission interview for the programs in the field of "Engineering Sciences" is held in front of the competition committee.
Failure to attend the interview will automatically result in rejection of your application, and you will only be able to apply for the remaining places in the fall session.
📌 Article 16 - The test (vocational interview):
The interview consists of a vocational discussion and follows:
(a) the candidate's studies and previous activity;
(b) the reasoning of the choice of study program;
(c) personal education and training plan;
(d) career development plan.
The Commission will evaluate:
Criterion C1: Previously acquired technical competences and their relevance to the Master program concerned;
Criterion C2: motivation to study and links between the previous pathway and the chosen program.
In the case of the Specialized Translation and Interpreting Master's degree program in philology, an oral test and an interview will be held in front of a competition committee composed of at least two members. The oral test consists of two parts:

The oral test is marked by each member of the selection board with marks from 1 to 10. The mark for each test is calculated as the arithmetical average of the marks awarded by each member of the selection board.
