UTCB admission for Romanian state scholarship holders
A Romanian citizen with a scholarship is any person who is not a citizen of a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation and wishes to pursue university studies in Romania, without tuition fees and with a scholarship
Receipt of application file and acceptance letter from the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research.

UTCB receives the validated application (application form + documents) and the acceptance letter from the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research
Send tuition and accommodation confirmation.

UTCB sends confirmation of tuition and proof of accommodation reservation in Romania
Obtaining a study visa.

- With the documents from step 2 (acceptance letter, confirmation of enrollment and proof of accommodation) as well as other documents requested by the embassy, the candidate applies for a study visa
- If the visa application includes some documents issued by the university, the candidate must specifically request these documents at admission-info@utcb.ro
Sending the file to the Ministry

UTCB forwards the admission result to the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research in order to obtain the letter of acceptance
Within approximately one month, the Ministry issues the letter of acceptance or, if necessary, rejects the application
The candidate will receive an email with the letter of acceptance necessary to obtain the visa

Before arriving at UTCB, the candidate is required to send a notification email indicating the date of their arrival at UTCB to admission-info@utcb.ro.
(The email subject line must include: Arrival Confirmation Romanian State Scholarship Recipient)
Upon arrival, the candidate must report in person to the International Relations Center (Rectorate Building, Room P20) to finalize the admission process and, if applicable, proceed to the Social Services Office to receive their assigned accommodation.
The candidate must present themselves at UTCB, at the International Relations Center (Rectorate building, Room P20), to complete the admission process and if applicable, to take over accommodation.
Enrollment

At the International Relations Center (Rectorate Building, Room P20), the candidate must present in person the original versions of all required documents, including the Preparatory Year graduation certificate, if applicable.
All documents must be translated into Romanian and legalized by a notary in Romania.
A After the acceptance of all documents by the International Relations Center (Rectorate Building, Room P20), the candidate will be directed to the faculty for which the Letter of Acceptance was issued, in order to complete enrollment for the academic year.
